I uploaded the wrong file — how do I replace it?

Email editorial@globenixpublisher.com with your manuscript ID, explanation and the corrected file attached. We will replace the file in the submission system where feasible.

How do I request a waiver of the APC?

Complete and submit the Waiver Application Form (see APCs & Waiver Policy) and send supporting documents to contact@globenixpublisher.com.

I need to change the author list after submission — what is the procedure?

Provide a signed statement from all authors (including the added/removed author) agreeing to the change and send it to editorial@globenixpublisher.com. Changes after acceptance follow a stricter verification process.

Where can I get help preparing figures to meet publication quality?
