Before You Submit

All submissions to Globenix Publisher are accepted from researchers worldwide[cite: 3]. Before starting your submission, confirm that your manuscript matches the specific journal’s Aims & Scope[cite: 2].

Double-Blind Review Note

If your target journal uses double-blind peer review, you must submit two separate files: (A) A Title Page with author details, and (B) An anonymized main manuscript that contains no identifying names, affiliations, or self-citations[cite: 9].

1. Manuscript Structure & Formatting

Provide manuscripts in the following order. Submit the manuscript as a Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) file[cite: 22].

Title Page (Separate File): Must include a concise full title [cite: 14], a short running title (≤ 60 characters) [cite: 15], full author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs [cite: 15], and corresponding author contact details[cite: 16]. Include funding statements, CRediT author contributions, and conflict of interest declarations here[cite: 17, 18].
Abstract: 150–300 words[cite: 26]. Structured abstracts (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions) are preferred for empirical research[cite: 27]. Do not include citations or table/figure references in the abstract[cite: 29].
Keywords: 3–8 recognizable keywords, separated by commas[cite: 29, 30].
Main Text: Use clear section headings (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion)[cite: 20].

2. References & Citation Style

Ensure references are complete and consistent, providing DOI numbers where available[cite: 37]. Check your specific journal page for preferred styles[cite: 34]:

Humanities & Education: APA (7th edition) format[cite: 34].
Example: Smith, A. B., & Kumar, R. (2022). Title of article. Journal Name, 12(3), 45–58. [cite: 35, 36]
Multidisciplinary / Sciences: Vancouver (numeric) style[cite: 35].
Example: Smith AB, Kumar R. Title of article. Journal Name. 2022;12(3):45–58. [cite: 36]

3. Figures & Tables

Figures: Submit separately as high-resolution TIFF, JPEG, PNG, or EPS files (300 dpi for photos, 600 dpi for line art)[cite: 23, 38, 39]. Do not embed low-resolution images in the Word document as the sole source[cite: 23].
Tables: Submit editable Word or Excel files[cite: 24, 40]. Do not embed large tables as images[cite: 24, 41].
Permissions: If reproducing previously published material, you must supply evidence of permission[cite: 40].

4. Ethics & Compliance Statements

You must adhere to strict ethical standards. Detailed procedures are available in our Ethics & Integrity Policy, but your submission must include:

Human/Animal Subjects: Institutional Review Board (IRB) or animal care committee approval details, trial registration numbers, and informed consent statements[cite: 42, 43].
Data Availability: A statement describing where the underlying data can be accessed, or explaining why data cannot be shared[cite: 47].
Preprints: Posting on preprint servers is permitted, but must be declared in the cover letter[cite: 51].

5. Cover Letter Template
