Media & Press enquiries

For interview requests, embargo clarification, press releases or media statements about published articles, please contact: contact@globenixpublisher.com. Provide article title, DOI, author contact details and preferred timing for media outreach. We coordinate with Editor(s) and authors and will route requests to the appropriate editorial contact.

 

Complaints, Appeals & Misconduct Reports

To report ethical concerns, to submit an appeal of an editorial decision, or to file a complaint about editorial handling, contact the Editorial Office at editorial@globenixpublisher.com with:

  • Manuscript / Article details (title, authors, DOI or Manuscript ID)
  • Description of the complaint or grounds for appeal and any supporting evidence
  • Desired outcome (what remedy you seek)
  • Contact details (you may request confidentiality; provide an email if you wish to be contacted)

All complaints and appeals are handled confidentially and in accordance with our Ethics & Integrity Policy. Use the Misconduct Report Form available on the Ethics page for allegations of research misconduct.

 

Production, proofs & corrections

After acceptance, production queries, proof corrections and publication dates are handled by the Production Editor and Editorial Office. Authors will receive proof instructions by email; proof corrections should be returned within the deadline specified in the proof email. For queries about corrections after publication (errata, corrigenda), contact editorial@globenixpublisher.com and reference the article DOI.

 

Technical support (submission portal)

If you experience technical issues with the submission portal (login problems, file upload errors, permissions), contact contact@globenixpublisher.com and include:

  • Screenshot of the error (if possible)
  • Browser and operating system used (e.g., Chrome on Windows 10)
  • Manuscript ID and user account email (if available)

 

Data privacy & record retention (summary)

The Editorial Office processes personal data necessary for manuscript handling (author names, emails, affiliations, reviewer names) in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal data is retained for editorial, audit and indexing purposes for a defined period and used only to fulfil the publishing workflow, compliance and archiving obligations. Office hours & response expectations

The Editorial Office operates Monday–Friday (local office hours). We acknowledge new enquiries and form submissions and route them to the appropriate team. For urgent matters (e.g., corrections that affect public safety), please mark the subject as URGENT and include full details — the Office will triage accordingly.

 

FAQs (for quick author support)

Q: I uploaded the wrong file — how do I replace it?
A: Email editorial@globenixpublisher.com with your manuscript ID, explanation and the corrected file attached. We will replace the file in the submission system where feasible.

Q: How do I request a waiver of the APC?
A: Complete and submit the Waiver Application Form (see APCs & Waiver Policy) and send supporting documents to contact@globenixpublisher.com

Q: I need to change the author list after submission — what is the procedure?
A: Provide a signed statement from all authors (including the added/removed author) agreeing to the change and send it to editorial@globenixpublisher.com. Changes after acceptance follow a stricter verification process.

Q: Where can I get help preparing figures to meet publication quality?
A: Technical guidance for figure formats is in Author Instructions. For production help after acceptance, contact the Production Editor via editorial@globenixpublisher.com.
